Returns / Cancellation Policy

Foodie’s Shop gives you the opportunity to return or replace the products you ordered if you are not satisfied.

Refund conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within ten days from the date of receipt.
  • The product must be in perfect condition just as it was before it was sold.
  • To be accompanied by the original purchase document (invoice or receipt)
  • If all the conditions for the return are met, our customer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other products or a refund.
  • Before returning any product you must contact us to let us know at 2310418444

Return Procedure

1)If you can go to our store, the condition of the product is checked and we inform you of the procedure followed.

2)If it is impossible to go to our site please

  • Pack the product properly so that it is protected.
  • Let us know the reason for its return and how you wish to resolve the financial issue
  • You send the parcel with the courier company you received it from

Cost of refunds

In cases where the return is due to our fault the transportation cost is borne by Foodie’s Shop.

In cases where the customer is at fault, the latter shall bear the costs of packaging and shipping.

In any case that the product is deemed unsuitable for return, it is returned to the customer and the costs are borne by the customer.

In case of repeated returns, or if Foodie’s Shop considers that the customer is acting in bad faith, Foodie’s Shop reserves the right to refuse the return.


Cancellation of the order is accepted only before the shipment after you contact us. In the case where it has already been shipped, you will be charged with the shipping costs.
